The next scheduled public hearing will be held at the Whatcom Transportation Policy Board meeting scheduled for Wednesday, October 9, 2024, starting at 3:30 p.m. at the WCOG’s office, 314 East Champion Street in Bellingham, to consider the following:
- Amendment to the WCOG 2024 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The draft will be available by October 2nd and can be viewed online at https://wcog.org/planning/tip/. The amendment is also available in hardcopy.
- Adoption of the proposed WCOG 2025 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The draft and program can be viewed online at https://wcog.org/planning/tip/. The program is also available in hardcopy.
The TIP development process and public hearing meet the public notice of public involvement activities and time established for public review and comment and satisfies the program-of-projects requirements of the Section 507 Program for the Whatcom Transportation Authority and the Federal Transit Administration.
Members of the public in attendance may offer comments at the hearing.
